CHECK IN - Quels documents dois-je apporter?

 

Procédure de Check In

Afin de préparer au mieux votre check in et gagner du temps, voici les documents à présenter lors de votre arrivée:

  • Une pièce d'identité
  • Le voucher de votre réservation
  • Une carte de crédit pour la caution (ou l'équivalent en espèces (300€))

Le check in a lieu à partir de 16h en juillet-aout ou à partir de 14h le restant de l'année.

I am booking directly via the website and I have a special request. How do I do this?

Go to the “Booking” tab, choose the area of your special request, as well as your holiday dates, then in the second stage select the type of accommodation you require. Once you have done this, you can then state your special requests. Validate, and then complete all your contact details. You then have the choice of paying your deposit (25%) on line or by bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, an option will be sent to you with our bank details.
