Afin de préparer au mieux votre check in et gagner du temps, voici les documents à présenter lors de votre arrivée:
Le check in a lieu à partir de 16h en juillet-aout ou à partir de 14h le restant de l'année.
On your arrival, a damage deposit of €300 will be required.
We ask you to present your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and we then pre-authorise it. Your card is not debited (unless there is damage to your accommodation at the end of your holiday).
You can also pay the damage deposit in cash or by credit card.
You must leave your accommodation in the morning on the day of your departure. A few days before your departure day, we request that you arrange with reception a convenient time for the cleaning inspection. A team will visit and inspect the cleaning of your accommodation (where this has been done by yourself).
If the cleaning is not up to the required standard, we will ask for an additional payment.
As a general rule, departures are between 8.00 am and 11.00 am.
