Do you think you may have encountered a technical problem during your on-line payment?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. We can then confirm whether the payment has gone through correctly, or whether there has in fact been a technical problem during the transaction.
How is the deposit paid?
On your arrival, a damage deposit of €300 will be required.
We ask you to present your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and we then pre-authorise it. Your card is not debited (unless there is damage to your accommodation at the end of your holiday).
You can also pay the damage deposit in cash or by credit card.
