Are there any special benefits or additional discounts?

L’Ami Soleil continually offers discounts going from 5% to 20% (subject to terms and conditions). They are not valid for specific periods.

We do not offer an additional discount for “Fast Booking Discount” or “Junior/Senior Discount” for our holiday centres in France, but we do for those in Belgium (see our special offers).

At what time must we check out from the accommodation?

At what time must we check out from the accommodation?

You must leave your accommodation in the morning on the day of your departure. A few days before your departure day, we request that you arrange with reception a convenient time for the cleaning inspection. A team will visit and inspect the cleaning of your accommodation (where this has been done by yourself).

If the cleaning is not up to the required standard, we will ask for an additional payment.

As a general rule, departures are between 8.00 am and 11.00 am.

What time will I be able to check in to my holiday accommodation?

Arrivals (from Saturday to Saturday only during the high season, which is July and August) are from 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm.

If you arrive before this time, you will not be able to request access to the accommodation in question. However, if it is ready, it will of course be made available to you.

If you are going to arrive late, we request that you contact the holiday centre’s reception so as to warn the staff.

To make check-in easier, we ask you to have your identification documentation ready, as well as your booking voucher and credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We will pre-authorise your card as a rental guarantee. Your account will not be debited (except in the case of damage to your holiday accommodation).
