What does the booking price include?

 

What services are included in the price?

The price shown on your booking includes the following services:

  • rental of the accommodation;

  • various utilities (water and electricity);

  • access to leisure and sports facilities;

  • access to the pool complex;

  • access to entertainment (July - August).

SPECIFIC CLEANING CHARGES

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price:

  • at Les Tamaris & Portes du Soleil (Portiragnes) for all units.

  • at Les Mûriers (Vendres) for all accommodations.

  • at L'Ecrin du Lac (Chorges) for chalets and studios.

On the other hand, cleaning is not included in the price and is payable on arrival at the resort if you are staying at Clos des Oliviers (Vidauban) or in our apartments at L'Ecrin du Lac (Chorges).

Here are the extras that are not included in the price:

  • Tourist taxes, the cost of which varies from estate to estate (MANDATORY);
  • Optional extras (pet, linen kit rental, cot, etc.).

All these supplements (compulsory and optional) must be paid on site when you check in.

At what time must we check out from the accommodation?

At what time must we check out from the accommodation?

You must leave your accommodation in the morning on the day of your departure. A few days before your departure day, we request that you arrange with reception a convenient time for the cleaning inspection. A team will visit and inspect the cleaning of your accommodation (where this has been done by yourself).

If the cleaning is not up to the required standard, we will ask for an additional payment.

As a general rule, departures are between 8.00 am and 11.00 am.

What time will I be able to check in to my holiday accommodation?

Arrivals (from Saturday to Saturday only during the high season, which is July and August) are from 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm.

If you arrive before this time, you will not be able to request access to the accommodation in question. However, if it is ready, it will of course be made available to you.

If you are going to arrive late, we request that you contact the holiday centre’s reception so as to warn the staff.

To make check-in easier, we ask you to have your identification documentation ready, as well as your booking voucher and credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We will pre-authorise your card as a rental guarantee. Your account will not be debited (except in the case of damage to your holiday accommodation).
