The Mini Club has been entirely designed to make your children's holidays unforgettable.
For several seasons now, Le Clos des Oliviers has organised a special evening for the children of the holiday park, every Monday evening during the high season. The Kids Night offers your children entertainment in the main alley of the estate.
On the programme: bouncy castles, belly-sliding, cotton candy or a duck fishing stand. Scheduled for Monday evening at the beginning of the holiday, the Kids Night allows the children of the village to quickly make new friends for an excellent stay at the Clos.
For sporting holidays, welcome to the Clos des Oliviers.
After our crazy evenings, put on your sneakers and indulge in the joys of sport! There's nothing better way to get rid of the excesses of the night before than by taking part in the sports activities organised in the village.
Every morning, fitness and aqua-gym classes are given by our team of animators at the poolside. On the programme, stretching sessions, jogging, step, muscular awakening, etc...
The sports grounds (tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, football, etc.) are at your disposal free of charge. In addition to the tournaments and Olympics organised daily, you have free access to these facilities. As a tenant, the necessary equipment is also lent to you free of charge to make the most of your holiday.
You are spoilt for choice to let off steam before relaxing by the pool.
There is something for all tastes and for all ages in the holiday park Le Clos des Oliviers.
After the welcome show on Sunday evening, external service providers will come to engross your evenings on the village stage, located in front of the snack bar / bar next to the aquatic complex.
Djs, showmen, singers, etc. will perform during the week in the holiday park to make you sing, dance, ... have fun !
Theme evenings, karaoke and foam evenings are also organized during the summer season.
Every Wednesday evening, the KIDS NIGHT will offer your children a moment of fun and amusement. Belly-sliding, bouncy castles, duck fishing ... the perfect mix to have a great time!
On Friday evening, the children go on stage to present the show they will have rehearsed during the week at the Mini Club. Fun guaranteed!
Sport in the region
What to do as an activity during your holidays in Provence with family or friends? For sports lovers, the Var region offers a multitude of activities.
Vidauban is ideally positioned in the heart of Provence, a location that allows a star-studded stay with day trips to live adventures with your loved ones.
Take advantage of your holidays in Provence to discover the region in a different way, aboard a kayak, a bicycle or a seaplane.
Visit Provence from Vidauban
There is no lack of leisure activities in the region of Vidauban.
Indeed, the Var is one of the most touristic departments in France and one of the greenest. The variety of the reliefs, from the sea to the mountains, the Mediterranean climate (300 days of sunshine per year), its heritage rich in history and its lively present offer a wide range of activities. Whether cultural, artistic, folkloric, relaxing, sporting, gastronomic or oenological, everything is possible. For an art of living like nowhere else!
Discover in Vidauban even its vestiges of the XVIth century (bread oven, Saint-Pons chapel, Hameau de Chaumes), its chapel Ste Brigitte at the top of a rocky peak of 180m, its dolmen in the south-east, its wine cooperative, its vineyards, fruits, olive trees, honey, its market (Wednesdays and Sundays).
culinary specialities of the region: gastronomy & oenology
Discover the recipes of a Provençal cuisine, full of sunshine and perfume where olive oil reigns as a venerated mistress to accompany vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, eggplants...), meat and fish.
Take advantage of your stay in Provence to stroll through the markets of the small typical Provencal villages. You will find many local products, fresh fruits and vegetables, sausages, many kinds of olives, etc...
The Vidauban market with some 100 stalls takes place every Sunday morning on the village square from 8am to 1pm.
At 10 minutes by car from the estate, the market of Lorgues is the largest of all the Provençal markets and is certainly worth the detour.
Herbs of Provence
The Herbs of Provence are one of the many symbols of Provence. Basil, tarragon, fennel, juniper, rosemary, thyme, savory and the mythical lavender are used in cooking as well as in perfumery or medicine.
Don't miss out on tasting the many varieties of honey, harvested in no less than 27,000 hives, whether lavender, rosemary, pink heather or strawberry.
The Rosé of Provence
How to stay in Provence without visiting a vineyard? The rosé wine has always made the reputation of Provence and the Var region. It is here that the best rosés in the world are produced, so ... enjoy and taste them!
The Provencal vineyard extends from around Nice in the east to the Rhone delta. The immense surface area of this vineyard allows of course to meet terroirs, and thus very differentiated productions.
It is a basin of sunshine that offers a vineyard of 37,000 hectares where the famous Côtes de Provence, Bandol and local wines are lovingly produced by more than 450 wineries to best meet the legitimate expectations of more and more wine lovers.
Follow the wine route and take the time to taste a well-chilled "petit rosé" (75% of the harvest), a red (20%) or a white (5%).
The numerous wine, grape and harvest festivals take place from May (gastronomic competition) to September (Cogolin, Grimaud, Saint Tropez, Plan de la Tour) and are certainly worth a visit.
