Mode d'emploi : payer avec votre bon à valoir

Si vous avez reçu un bon à valoir pour un séjour dans un de nos domaines L'Ami Soleil, vous ne pourrez pas l'utiliser lors d'une réservation en ligne.
Il vous sera demandé de nous contacter personnellement pour procéder à votre réservation. 

 

Une réservation en 3 étapes : 

1. Nous contacter directement par téléphone (+32(0)87.33.62.14) ou par email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). 

2. Nous envoyer par email une copie de votre bon à valoir.

3. Un accusé de réception vous sera envoyé par email avec la confirmation de votre réservation et de votre paiement.

I am booking directly via the website and I have a special request. How do I do this?

Go to the “Booking” tab, choose the area of your special request, as well as your holiday dates, then in the second stage select the type of accommodation you require. Once you have done this, you can then state your special requests. Validate, and then complete all your contact details. You then have the choice of paying your deposit (25%) on line or by bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, an option will be sent to you with our bank details.

At what time must we check out from the accommodation?

At what time must we check out from the accommodation?

You must leave your accommodation in the morning on the day of your departure. A few days before your departure day, we request that you arrange with reception a convenient time for the cleaning inspection. A team will visit and inspect the cleaning of your accommodation (where this has been done by yourself).

If the cleaning is not up to the required standard, we will ask for an additional payment.

As a general rule, departures are between 8.00 am and 11.00 am.
