The opening dates of different services vary from one area to another.
From the opening times of the bakery, supermarket and grocery store to access to sports fields and aquatic complexes, there are differences between vacation resorts.

On your arrival, a damage deposit of €300 will be required.
We ask you to present your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and we then pre-authorise it. Your card is not debited (unless there is damage to your accommodation at the end of your holiday).
You can also pay the damage deposit in cash or by credit card.
For any cancellation or change to your booking, all you have to do is contact us by telephone or e-mail. You will not be charged any additional fees.
In the event of a cancellation, we will retain €15 from the amount paid.
We ask our customers to pay a 25% deposit. You can also pay the full amount in one single transaction.
